Shipping
The cost of shipping PolyPiù products is €35.00 for all Italian regions (including major and minor islands). The transport price is valid for parcels up to 2.5 meters long. The CoverPatio product is an exception, to which a shipping cost of €187.88 is applied.
Return process
Upon delivery of your product by the courier, it is important to check that the package is intact, undamaged and undamaged. We also suggest that you always sign with the following wording: "Withdrawal with specific reserve after verification check". The return procedure involves contacting PolyPiù by telephone or sending an e-mail which includes an indication of the problem, a photograph of the damaged package and above all of the broken or deteriorated product.
