Closing off an additional room, in fact, entails expanding the house volume and, consequently, that of the building.
However, there are cases in which it is possible to build a veranda without requesting any permit: the veranda must be mobile and not anchored to the ground, it should not be made of masonry and there should not be any existing landscape constraints at the time of its installation.
We suggest that you check with your Municipality about current regulations before creating any type of veranda.
